Cumberland Plastic Surgery is
located at 5653 Frist Boulevard, Suite 239 in the Summit
Medical Center in Hermitage, Tennessee, an east side suburb
of Nashville. From
Nashville, take 221A Hermitage exit from Interstate 40 and
then take Central Pike. Take your first right into
Summit Medical Center and follow the signs to the patient
entrance near the Emergency Room. Parking is across from the
northeast corner of the building.
Enter the Summit Medical Center at the
first (north east corner) entrance. When you enter the
building, the elevators are back and to your right. Take
the elevator to the the 2nd floor.
From the east, take exit 221, turn right on Old Hickory.
